Advisory services
All advisory work is governed by a written scope agreed before work commences. No advisory relationship exists until a written scope has been signed by both parties. The scope defines the deliverables, timelines, fees, and confidentiality terms applicable to each engagement.
HIA's advisory work is provided on the basis of the information available at the time of the engagement. HIA accepts no liability for decisions taken by the client following receipt of findings or recommendations.
Confidentiality
All enquiries and initial conversations are treated as confidential from the point of first contact. No client information, engagement details, or findings are shared with third parties without explicit written consent. Formal confidentiality obligations are set out in each signed scope.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
