What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, role, organisation, and the description of your situation. We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking tools.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to determine whether an HIA engagement is appropriate. It is not used for marketing, shared with third parties, or retained beyond the period necessary for this purpose.
Third-party processors
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io). Formspree processes your data in accordance with their privacy policy and is used solely as a transmission mechanism.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold. To exercise these rights, please use the contact page.
